If purchased from website:
Item(s) must be returned in original condition within 2 weeks of the shipping received date. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If purchased at festival or event:
All sales are final - no returns or exchanges.
If purchased from another retailer:
The item(s) must be returned to the original store from which the item was purchased, and adhere to their store return policy.
We are not responsible for shipped orders not received by the customer after marked as delivered. Thank You for your understanding!
